Good afternoon unit owners,

The next board meeting for Centre Park at Stone Ridge is scheduled for February 3rd, 2020 at 7pm. The location of the meeting is 24609 Nettle Mill Square, Stone Ridge, VA 20105 at the Nettle Mill Clubhouse. Hopefully everyone is doing well and hope to see you there.

Dryer Vent Inspection Violation Notice

Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is doing well. Dryer Vent Inspection violations have gone out, but there must have been a mistake when they were sent because residents who are in compliance are receiving violation letters too. If you are in compliance and receive a violation letter, please disregard.

Buildings D and F are the buildings that needed to have their dryer vent inspected by 6/30/19. All other buildings are due by 12/31/19. Please have your dryer vent inspected and contact Cole Farmer from SFMC with your dryer vent inspection receipt.

Common Element Issues

Good Morning,

Any requests regarding the common elements of the building including door codes, elevator issues, etc all need to be directed to SFMC at cfarmer@sfmcinc.com, not to Van Metre. If it is a warranty question or you need specifications regarding your unit, then you should reach out to the Van Metre warranty department. Also, after hours emergencies within the building need to be addressed to SFMC at 888-980-8958.

Entry Door Call Devices

Good afternoon,

Please email Cole Farmer directly at cfarmer@sfmcinc.com to resolve any trouble with entry door call devices. If it is regarding your specific account, you will need to provide the current phone number, address, and name in the email to look up the account. If you are having problems with FOB access, you will need to provide the fob number located on the back as well as the information above.
