We're here empower individuals with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and other chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia, lupus, and multiple sclerosis, along with their caregivers and families! After 40 years of navigating challenging journey, I've discovered my unique talent for research and problem-solving. I’m passionate helping you find the right diagnosis and treatment plan, sharing insights on what works. While I'm not a doctor, pharmacist, or therapist (though I do have training in therapy—it's a fascinating story!), I’m dedicated to speaking, training, and consulting on chronic pain, trauma, and the neurobiology that sets them apart. Let’s tackle this journey together!

I like this picture because it does not show perfection. the bathroom is messy behind me, my neck is scrunchy and my nose is HUGE! BUT...there is perfection in being raw and showing the mess. I was raised in the traditional wasp, manner and we hid everything that is TRULY ME....anything unique. Things must be a certain way IN THAT WORLD.. It has taken me until today that I'm not supposed to have it all together. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO BE PART OF THE MESS TO GET THE MESSAGE GOD INTENDED JUST FOR ME!

Preparing for Medical Appointments
I have been a patient with chronic pain and mental illness for 40 years. Throughout the years, I've learned that doctors respond to science and data. They are constantly weighing and measuring "the possibility of" whatever illness is easiest to diagnose and hardest to refute.
I will show you the data you need to get and how to track it. I will show you the medical jargon that applies to your diagnoses, what they are trying to diagnose you with, and the relationship with the illness and side affects.

Trainer
I have trained police officers and cadets, judges, politicians, state workers, hundreds of medical personnel, non-profits and state services workers. Anyone that works with people should have basic training in what a traumatic

Speaker
I have spoken one on one and in groups up to 500. I find what the client needs and do either a unique presentation within the realm of chronic pain and its relationship with trauma.
I can also do my own testimony as a survivor of severe abuse resulting in the injuries that caused my CRPS.
